Products/Services Terms & Conditions

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which makes the products/services available to you (“Product/Service Terms”).


If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular product/service, we will not be liable to you.

Although we will always try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a product/service can only be fulfilled at the discretion DSS.


Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we notify you that we have acknowledged your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods/services to you.

To ensure availability of all our products, customers may be limited to a maximum number of products/services.


Delivery will be made to the address specified by you during the checkout process.

Please note that we deliver goods/services only to specified areas within Lahore. We will expand to other areas of Pakistan as and when it is appropriate.

Order booking timings are 24/7 (around the clock, seven days a week). Once the order is confirmed by DSS, the delivery date and time will be communicated to you via email and/or phone. You, or otherwise your nominee, are expected to be present at home at the specified date and time for collecting the order.

All goods/services must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as communicated to you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service (

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods/services in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.


Services: In order to place an order for a service, you will have to pay at least PKR 1050/- at the time of order placement as order security. This order security is non-refundable. Once the order is placed and order security is submitted then our team will contact/visit you and tell you the full price of the job after physical observations. Once the price of job is settled you will have to make a payment of 50% advance and remaining 50% will be paid after completing job.

Products: In order to place an order for a product, you will have to pay at least PKR 1050/- at the time of order placement as order security. This order security is non-refundable. However, in certain cases 100% advance payment is required. Once the order is placed and order security is submitted then our team will deliver the products to your location.

Payment can be made through any of following methods;

  2. Bank Transfer
  3. EasyPaisa
  4. Cash on Delivery


5.Returns and Refunds

When you place an order (for services/products), with our website, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may need to return goods. This policy sets out when you can return goods, and how to do so.

If you change your mind

If you change your mind, we offer a refund or exchange of certain goods only within certain time periods.

You should please take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting goods).

If you have received faulty or damaged goods

You may hand any faulty or damaged goods back to the driver at the time of delivery or log a return request for the particular item. We ask you do this no later than 7 days after the date of delivery.

When you return goods

When you return the goods to us, please also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and any accessories.

Getting your refund

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you as follows:

The order security is not refundable.

You will have to apply online at the refund amount will be credited in your online account. This credit amount will be used for future orders.

Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.


You can cancel any of your current orders up until the order confirmation is done by DSS. You can do this using the “Contact Us” form. Please provide order ID for efficient processing.

But if you cancel your order your order security (i.e. PKR 1050/-) will be forfeited. In case you have made a full payment at the time of order placing, all of your amount will be refunded except order security amount i.e. PKR 1050/-


These Product/Service Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and any disputes will be decided only by the Pakistani courts.

If any of these Product/Service Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
