Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which makes the products/services available to you (“Product/Service Terms”).


If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular product/service, we will not be liable to you.

Although we will always try to cater to your orders, an order of large quantities of a product/service can only be fulfilled at the discretion


Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we notify you that we have acknowledged your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the products/services to you.

To ensure the availability of all our products/services, customers may be limited to a maximum number of products/services.


Delivery will be made to the address specified by you during the call/text.

Please note that we deliver products/services only to specified areas within Lahore. We will expand to other areas of Lahore as and when it is appropriate.

Order booking timings are between 10 AM to 8 PM every day. Once the order is confirmed by, the delivery date and time will be communicated to you via email, text, and/or phone. You are expected to be present at home at the specified date and time for collecting the order.

All products/services must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as communicated to you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave a notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service (

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods/services in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

When you place an order (services/products) with our website, social media pages, email or call/text, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may need to return products/services. This policy sets out when you can return products, and how to do so.

If you change your mind

If you change your mind, we offer a refund or exchange of products within certain time periods.

You should please take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting goods).

If you have received faulty or damaged products

You may hand any faulty or damaged products back to the driver at the time of delivery or log a return request for the particular product. We ask you to do this no later than 7 days after the date of delivery.

When you return goods

When you return the products to us, please also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels, and any accessories.

Getting your refund

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you as follows:

Order security is not refundable.

If the refund is made at the time of delivery, the amount will be adjusted in the invoice.

If the refund is applied online at, the refund amount will be credited to your online account. This credit amount will be used for future orders.

To apply for a refund online, please do this using the “Order History” option on the “My Account” area. Select “View” against the order and then select “Return” against the item concerned. Provide details for return and submit the request. The return request for the selected item will be logged and we will contact you for further processing.

Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.


You can cancel any of your current orders up until the order confirmation is done by You can do this using the “Contact Us” form. Please provide an order ID for efficient processing.


You will have to pay at least PKR 1000 (one thousand rupees) at the time of order placement as order security. Once the order is placed and order security is submitted then our team will visit you and tell you the full price of the job after observations. Once the price of the job is settled you will have to make a payment of 50% advance and the remaining 50% will be paid after completing the job.

You can pay by “Cash on Delivery”, via “Bank Transfer” or through “Easypaisa”.


These Products/Services Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and any disputes will be decided only by the Pakistani courts.

If any of these Products/Services Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
